Plans and Progress for the Construction of the new
Evergreen Montessori School
Preparation for Construction after Labor Day:
The Teams are winding up their work and a big THANK YOU to everyone!!
1. MUSIC ROOM: The new music room (behind the organ) has been cleaned out, the music and chimes moved in and all that is left to move is the rack with the Clergy and Choir robes on June 29!
2. BASEMENT: A Wider Circle will pick up the remaining furniture in the St. Francis room on June 19. The Boy Scouts will move their gear to our shed that they will be repairing and fixing up! They will also be transporting unwanted junk from the basement (old "Sunshine" room) to Shady Grove recycle/waste.
3. ED WING: Mariano from the SDA moved anything/everything metal (file cabinets, desks, old screens, metal shelving etc)!! Muchisimas Gracias!!!!! The SDA will move their AV equipment, items in the upright metal cabinets and the metal cabinets as soon as possible. Iglesia de Dios and SDA will move their containers with education material to the nursery and Iglesia will remove the large metal shelving.
4. RECTOR'S OFFICE and PARISH OFFICES: cleaned out!
5. SERVER: Shut down!!!! Thank you Verizon Help Desk!!!
