The first milestone of the rector search was completed on November 13, 2022 with the presentation by The Rev. Dr Robert Phillips of the search process model to the Good Shepherd Congregation. Rev. Phillips had previously presented the model to the Wardens and Vestry at their meeting in October. If you were unable to be in church for the November 13 presentation, not too worry! If you have been part of a rector search in the past, you will find that the current process is more streamlined and direct.
